Discipleship is an ecclesiastical spiritual path designed to lead believers into a life lived according to God’s will. It unfolds through an organized framework of four progressive stages:
- The Initiation Stage : Confirming the decision to repent and accepting God’s work in the heart.
- The Stage of Steadfastness : Establishing the reality of God as Father and experiencing the Church as Mother.
- Growth : Being transformed into the image of Christ through being filled with His attributes.
- Maturity : Living continually in the presence of God.
Curriculum Includes:
- Spiritual truths about the spiritual path
- Spiritual truths about God
- Spiritual truths about the Church

Discipleship is carried out under the guidance of a spiritual leader within a small group of young people (up to 12 individuals), through weekly meetings.
Another goal of discipleship is to prepare future leaders who, in turn, can guide and disciple others.
